Most people are intimidated by any instrument but the drum, no matter what kind of drum or vibration instrument, puts out healthy vibes, plus your hand feel them and with other connected body parts, your brain most of all is absorbing and channeling vibrations, thoughts and intentions the whole time. So much of all these power points were taught to drum warriors and healing since who knows how far back.
